Ensures the pool and areas are kept in immaculate condition; clean, organized and aesthetically presented. Provides tour of facility to guests as well as maintains inventory of towels and other guest needs.

Essential Functions:

Consistently demonstrate and own any and all tasks needed to carry out the Omni MOS. Ensuring that 6 pillars are utilized in all interactions.
• Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and associates.
• Know and educate guests regarding the history, mineral content, and benefits of soaking in the Warm Springs Pools
• Responsible for providing guest orientation to the Warm Springs Pools and ensuring all linen towels are always clean, prepared and well stocked.
• Know and adhere to the Omni Personal Appearance Standard.
• Responsible for maintaining checklist/schedule for open/close procedures and daily operations
• Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies as needed

• Responsible for overseeing pool attendant lunch rotation when needed.
• Performs facility tasks such as greeting and welcoming each guest, laundry, picking used towels and stocking towel distribution area, maintains deck and locker room cleanliness, spot clean pools with skimmers and brushes as needed.
• Makes supervisor/manager aware of any items that need to be ordered.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.

Requirements:

• Ability to properly handle guest relations in regard to pool rules and regulations.
• Ability to understand guests' needs and report issues to the supervisor/manager as they arise.

Tools and Equipment:

• Broom, mop, cleaning supplies, pool cleaning tools

Working Environment:

• Indoor men's pool -
• Exterior of pool to ensure cleanliness of area surrounding pools
