Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at a Glance....

The Manager, M&A will support a wide range of corporate development projects with an emphasis on inorganic strategy (e.g., long-term planning, portfolio strategy, capital allocation), as well as provide support across deals (e.g., acquisitions, divestitures, JV opportunities) by partnering throughout the Kraft Heinz organization and with external advisors. The position requires a combination of analytical ability, communication skills, and intellectual curiosity.

  • Create and own complex financial models and analysis
  • Draft presentations for leadership teams on financial, strategic, and/or transactional matters
  • Coordinate project teams including financial, legal, and tax advisers and internal functional teams to execute transactions and other projects
  • Identify and evaluate any inorganic strategic initiatives

  • Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc.) preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of prior Investment Banking, Corporate Development, and/or Investing experience is required
  • Experience with strategic advisory and large-cap transactions preferred
  • Individual must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficient valuation and financial modeling skills across transaction types
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to present effectively
  • Ability to work proactively with limited direct supervision

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$99,100.00 - $123,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
