Position Summary
This position will provide administrative support in the Office of Student Services. They will be assigned to work with the Division of Physician Assistant Studies in the Department of Health Sciences. This support will include responsibilities such as clinical administration and self-study support for the division. This position conducts overall program coordination such as student compliance/support during the pre-clinical phase, admissions, Registrar functions, accreditation support, and overall administrative support for faculty, account payables, and event support for the division they are assigned to.

This position will also be general support for other Office of Student Services staff, as needed. As Health Sciences expands to meet work force needs this position may include other support or program assignments as needed.

Flexible work arrangements, including virtual/hybrid work locations, are an integral part of the School of Medicine's Working Forward initiative. As such, this position's work location is designated as hybrid. Please note that the designated work location is subject to change based on the unit's business needs.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
A commitment to customer service experience including friendly customer care; excellent communication skills; must be a team player and be able to multitask and work under pressure; flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Experience with Microsoft suite required.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
A background in medical administrative support preferred or background in a higher education setting, including working with students, MDs and APPs. Experience with Zoom, Concur, CastleBranch, and EXAAT.
