The Network Optimization Transformation Lead-Supply Chain, based in Kingsport, TN, partners with other Eastman organizations to deliver improvements in Supply Chain, Logistics and our Businesses. We use data analytics, continuous improvement methodologies, and strong internal partnerships to identify, execute and track efficiency, cost savings, and growth initiatives within Eastman. This position is a project management role which requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to collaborate and motivate others to successfully execute projects to meet program targets. Education and Experience: Associate's degree with commensurate experience in project management, manufacturing logistics or supply chain or Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or supply chain from an accredited college or university and at least 3 years of experience in a project management, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment. Job Experience must be relevant to the direct operation or improvement of Supply Chain, Logistics or Businesses design and execution. Project management experience and Continuous Improvement training (Six Sigma, Lean, Etc) are a plus.
