Job Description: Serve as the day to day point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships. Develop materials for marketing and advertising strategies that align with client objectives and project scope. Coordinates cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of comprehensive campaigns. Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Offer insights and recommendations to elevate client success. Navigate complex client challenges and provide innovative solutions. Drive account growth through identifying new business opportunities for upselling. Foster collaboration within the team and across departments. Keep abreast of industry changes and leverage insights to benefit clients. Ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Mentor future talent contributing to the development of the account management discipline.
