Position SummaryThe Educational
Psychology Program at the University of New Mexico invites applications for a
Lecturer III faculty position beginning August 2025. Responsibilities will
include teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and contributing
service to the department, college, and the field. Salary will be commensurate
with experience and education.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in educational psychology, or related field, by appointment start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellence, or potential for excellence, in teaching educational psychology coursework, including human development, cognition and learning, and research methods, at the collegiate level.
  • Experience teaching hybrid and/or online courses.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise graduate student instructors in teaching undergraduate courses.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
