Seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant for a government clients default residential housing program. Proven experience supervising Accounting Clerks, working in a system of record to extract and update data, interface with the government client, interact with Program Management Office (PMO) key personnel, CFO, and CEO, ensure timely payment to contractors and utility payments, invoicing the client, and utility turn on/off services. * Ability to facilitate meetings in a lead capacity for groups of various sizes. Minimum of five (5) years overseeing a minimum of five accounting clerks. Must pass pre-employment screening and undergo government suitability investigation.
