Program Manager

ISN is actively recruiting a skilled professional to support our agency missions as a Program Manager. This role involves serving as the Contractor's principal Contract Manager, interfacing with the Government Contracting Officer, the contract level COR, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. A Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.

Functional Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and manage the day-to-day onsite operations, support, and maintenance functions.
• Serve as the Contractor's principal Contract Manager.
• Interface with the Government Contracting Officer, the contract level COR, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Review work discrepancies and supervise Contractor personnel.
• Ensure overall contract performance and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement project plans and strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or three or more years of experience in applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience providing products and services similar related to CJIS and TW 2.0
• Demonstrated skills in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives.
