None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
McCallie Center of Graphics Excellence in Research Park has an immediate need for an experienced XML Programmer to support the US Air Force's C-5 Super Galaxy contract. This exciting endeavor involves converting legacy materials to deliver a highly intelligent and extensible Interactive Electronic Technical Manual. The Technical Writer will: * Tag XML documents to the S1000D specification for the LiveContent IETM viewer. * Incorporate USAF PCRs and Supplements. * Write / innovate scripts to create intelligent graphics. * Write / innovate scripts to convert legacy markup languages. * Turn SGML problems into XML solutions. $40.86 to $50.48 per hour REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
