The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP), Center of Alcohol & Substance Use Studies (CAS) The position provides administrative and logistical support to Thomas F. Babor, Editor of the Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs. The Assistant to the Editor communicates with authors, assists in identifying appropriate peer reviewers for articles, tracks articles through the peer-review process, and works with the Office of the Publisher at the Rutgers Center of Alcohol & Substance Use Studies to ensure publication of articles in a timely manner. This position is essential to the functioning of the Editor position and the journal would be unable to publish articles without someone in this position assisting the Editor.
