Licensed Mental Health Professional Lead Full-Time; FTE 1.0 8:30am-5:00pm Moline, IL Now offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus! Under the supervision of the MHOP Clinical Manager serves as team leader for an outpatient therapist team. The LMHP Team Leader provides clinical supervision, documentation compliance, reviews the clinical activities of the team members, certifies the diagnosis, treatment recommendations, ensure prompt completion of documentation, and completion of crisis evaluations as needed. Responsibilities
- Provides clinical supervision; reviews and approves clinical documentation.
- Serves as team lead for an assigned group of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Qualified Mental Health Professionals, and Mental Health Professionals to ensure time and accurate completion of documentation, meet/exceed productivity, meet/exceed quality metrics.
- Provide individual, family, group therapy; diagnostic assessments, treatment planning; case consultation; and coordinates with Crisis Stabilization Unit and Robert Young Center Inpatient Unit for clients presenting that may be a danger to self or others.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Experience:
License(s)/Certification(s):
Holds a current license from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation in one of the following - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
