Description RN MDS Case Manager at Providence Mount St. Vincent The TC Case Management Nurse fulfills the Mission of Providence Health & Services in working with patients, families, volunteers, and PMSV staff. PH&S Core Values of respect, excellence, compassion, justice, and stewardship are demonstrated by the Case Management Nurse in her/his daily work.
