Field Sales Engineer, Equipment

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross, up, and repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

* You have 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
* You have a bachelor's degree (desirable), in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered.
* You are customer-focused and can understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly.
* You are a risk taker while still analyzing potential pitfalls of your actions.
* You can lead yourself and are self-motivated.
* You are willing to act while coping with varied workloads and can be assertive and organized while demonstrating flexibility in daily work.
