Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide work in a research laboratory to ensure development of methods, protocols, and techniques for collection of specimens from clinical research studies for measurement of medications in biological samples to ensure that all data analyses are done appropriately and timely.

Seeking current Chemistry or Biochemistry undergraduate student.

Pharmaceutics is the study of the quantitative aspects of drug delivery. It involves the design, development and evaluation of drugs in combination with an appropriate dosage form. A pharmaceutical scientist:

• characterizes physical properties of drugs
• develops innovative delivery systems for drugs

• quantitatively evaluates drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and pharmacological activity in the living organism.

Pay Range: $15.25/hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
