Casual Conference Coordinator

The Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a casual employee to assist with the Department's weekly Tuesday meetings on West Bank. This position is expected to work approximately 2 hours per week.

Work Arrangement: The position is expected to work primarily on-site. Your work location will be the West Bank Conference room. The Department retains the right to modify flexible work arrangement agreements on a temporary or permanent basis for any reason at any time.

Responsibilities:
* 100% - Tuesday Morning Department of Anesthesiology Conference Coordination
o Arrive at the West Bank Conference Room at 6:00 a.m. each Tuesday to prepare for the Department of Anesthesiology conference.
o Set up the conference room for in-person attendees, including arranging food, beverages, and other meeting materials.
o Retrieve catering orders from Sky Lakes and arrange food and beverages for attendees.
o Set up and test conference technology, including ensuring Zoom is accessible and functioning properly.
o Remain available throughout the conference to monitor technology and troubleshoot issues as needed.
o Clean up food and beverages following the conference and restore the conference room to its original condition.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $16.00/hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
