Job Description Key Responsibilities * Perform daily inventory cycle counts. * Safe handling of spare parts and materials. * Pull, pack, and ship spare parts for customer sales orders. * Process both domestic and international parcel shipments through FedEx. * Prepare LTL shipments for customer sales orders. * Complete our 6-point check which includes confirming shipping address, shipping method, andpacking list is correct on each shipment. * Perform customer sales order-related transactions in SAP. * Perform receiving transactions in SAP. * Good housekeeping of the parts area. * Proper disposal of incoming cardboard, pallets, crates, and other packing material. Pay: $24.00 Shift: Morning. Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 am to 3 pm. Qualifications * 2+ years of warehouse experience (order fulfillment, shipping and receiving). * Inventory control and cycle counting experience preferred. * Knowledge and experience with inventory management systems software (specifically SAP) preferred. * Forklift experience preferred. * Knowledge and experience with parcel delivery companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). * Knowledge and experience with freight forwarder companies (FedEx Freight, TForce Freight,Dayton Freight, etc). * Organized and detail oriented with the capability of performing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. * Ability and understanding of prioritization based on business goals and customer needs. * Ability to frequently work independently. * A positive and friendly attitude and willing to go above and beyond on a daily basis. * Punctual and dependable.
