Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, Visio, Tableau Roles & Responsibilities * Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, for reporting, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications. * Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports to provide meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision-making. * Collect, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner through interactive visualizations and management reports. * Prepare and distribute accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), capturing key discussions, decisions, action items, owners, and timelines. * Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to track action items and ensure timely closure of deliverables. * Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. * Facilitate effective meetings, status reviews, and project discussions by ensuring clear communication and follow-up. * Support project governance activities through timely reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder engagement.
