At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Location: US-CA-Dublin | Workplace: Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Enterprise Technology (ET) Applications team builds the applications and AI agents that power Snowflake's go-to-market (GTM) engine. Our products help account executives, solution engineers, sales leaders, partner teams, and revenue operations understand customers, prioritize work, and act quickly from one connected, Salesforce-integrated experience.

AS A STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER, FULL STACK AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Lead the design and delivery of full-stack applications and agentic systems across React/Next.js frontends, backend-for-frontend services, Snowflake data models, and Salesforce integrations.

  • Build AI seller workspaces that unify account health, consumption trends, pipeline, use cases, and recommended next actions, powered by Snowflake Cortex AI.

  • Architect and own conversational GTM agents and their harness, including the agent loop, tool and MCP server design, context and memory management, permissions, and sandboxed execution.

  • Implement guardrails, human-in-the-loop approvals, evaluations, and observability so every agent recommendation shows its evidence, data freshness, and source.

  • Design secure, production-grade Salesforce integrations and write-back using REST, Bulk, Composite, Streaming, and Platform Event APIs, while preserving record ownership, sharing rules, field-level security, and audit history, and lead security reviews covering identity, OAuth, and least-privilege access.

  • Build reliable pipelines between Salesforce and Snowflake, including change capture, near-real-time sync, data-quality checks, and certified GTM data products.

  • Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, release management, and AI-native development workflows, and mentor engineers through design and code reviews.

OUR IDEAL STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER, FULL STACK WILL HAVE:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of software development experience, including staff-level or equivalent technical leadership.

  • Experience shipping agentic or LLM-powered applications to production, including retrieval, tool use, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.

  • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills with React/Next.js, plus backend experience in Node.js, Python, or Java.

  • Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud integration experience, including APIs, OAuth, the object model, governor limits, and integration patterns.

  • Strong SQL, data modeling, and database fundamentals across CRM, pipeline, bookings, and customer usage data.

  • Experience with distributed systems, containers, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.

  • Clear communication and experience partnering directly with Sales and Revenue Operations.

BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  • Experience with Snowflake, Snowpark Container Services, Snowflake Cortex AI, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

  • Experience building agent evaluation harnesses such as golden datasets, LLM-as-judge, and trace replay, plus tracing, cost, and latency monitoring.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, permission sets, Platform Events, and Omni-Channel routing.

  • Familiarity with GTM processes such as territory and account planning, forecasting, deal registration, and pipeline inspection, and tools such as Gong, Outreach, or Clari.

  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and reusable development workflows.

WHY JOIN OUR TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?

You'll work at the intersection of engineering, go-to-market, and agentic AI, building the agents and the harnesses behind them that directly shape how Snowflake's sellers, partners, and operators work every day. You'll build on Snowflake's own AI Data Cloud, ship to real users quickly, and join a collaborative team that values technical excellence, continuous learning, and measurable business impact.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
