Summary of Position

This role ensures CTM's strongest ideas, executive perspectives, customer stories, and strategic narratives are not only published, but actively amplified across the market.

We're looking for an ambitious B2B marketer who is curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships, leverage AI and automation, and create scalable systems that extend the reach of CTM's content and expertise.

Working closely with the content and marketing teams, you'll drive audience growth, executive and employee advocacy, community engagement, and external visibility. You'll help ensure CTM shows up in the channels, conversations, and communities that influence buyer trust and decision-making.

Success in this role means increasing the visibility, shareability, and credibility of CTM's expertise beyond our website, helping drive greater awareness, engagement, and market influence.

This role makes sure CTM's strongest ideas, executive perspectives, customer stories and strategic narratives are not only published, but actively distributed, amplified, discussed and referenced across the market.



Responsibilities and Duties

    Develop executive, employee and customer advocacy programs aligned to CTM's strategic priorities.
  • Increase the visibility of CTM executives, subject matter experts and customer voices across external channels.
  • Create scalable frameworks that encourage employee participation and thought leadership.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen CTM's reach, credibility and presence beyond owned channels.
  • Develop distribution and amplification plans for campaigns, research, webinars, events and strategic content.
  • Repurpose content into channel-specific formats across social, digital, community and media platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for external amplification through partners, guest contributions, syndication and industry publications.
  • Support speakers, contributors and stakeholders with briefing materials and promotional activities.
  • Build CTM's presence across industry communities, associations, professional networks and influencer ecosystems.
  • Identify opportunities to increase visibility among buyers, consultants, analysts and industry stakeholders.
  • Support engagement around industry events, market trends and emerging conversations.
  • Develop relationships with relevant external communities and industry groups.
  • Develop visibility plans that position CTM leaders as trusted industry voices.
  • Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, podcasts, webinars, interviews and external commentary.
  • Support executive presence across key professional and social platforms.
  • Translate strategic narratives into content that drives engagement, credibility and influence.
  • Monitor audience growth, engagement, advocacy participation, referral traffic, external mentions and share of voice.
  • Evaluate amplification performance and identify opportunities to expand reach and influence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve visibility, engagement and discoverability.
  • Report on program performance, audience growth and market impact.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or related field or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience growing audience engagement across social, digital, and professional channels.
  • Experience managing executive advocacy, employee advocacy, or community-building initiatives.
  • Experience interpreting audience and engagement data to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Travel industry experience preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of B2B audience growth, content distribution and demand generation.
  • Natural curiosity about how buyers discover, evaluate and trust brands.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, professional networks, communities and emerging digital channels.
  • Confidence experimenting with AI tools to improve speed, insight, distribution, discoverability and performance.
  • Systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to design, build and continuously improve repeatable workflows.
  • Data-driven approach, with comfort tracking activity metrics, conversion rates, engagement, referral traffic, share of voice and advocacy performance.
  • Ability to use insights to improve audience growth, amplification and engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of executive advocacy, employee advocacy and influence-building.
  • Ability to identify audience trends, engagement opportunities and new routes to market.
  • Ability to turn strategic priorities into practical amplification programs.

Compensation for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including the responsibilities and requirements of the role, relevant skills, experience and qualifications, internal equity, market data and business needs.

For positions that are funded through a specific client engagement or other designated funding source, compensation may be reviewed if the employee subsequently transfers to a different role within the company.



Pay Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
