- Assist in the preparation, routing, tracking, and maintenance of contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documentation throughout the full approval workflow.
- Manage contract documentation efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless contract administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, electronic signature platforms, and contract or procurement management systems.
- Strong written communication, stakeholder coordination, and customer-service orientation.
