Job Description Pay: $18.00 Shift: Night Schedule:12-hour shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Mailer Line Packers are responsible for packing envelopes into boxes for shipping and palletizingboxes. They also assist the Mailer Line Operator when setting up or adjusting the machine foroperation. Summary: Full-time position with full benefits from DAY ONE Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand Sets up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerizednumerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming,drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form, or shape manufactured parts,tools, or parts assemblies from raw materials Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for productionprocessing Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/orpackaging operations Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in acombination of Disciplines Responsibilities: Fold carton flats and place on tilt table Affix labels and corner labels to cartons or shrink packaging as needed Manually pack mailers into cartons Place sealed cartons onto finishing pallet Use pallet hand jack to move finished pallets to wrapper and storage area Place empty pallets (45- 50 lbs.) to continue packaging Attention to detail Good oral communication skills Attention to daily housekeeping requirements Team oriented Wears required PPE Strict attention to SEE Safety Process Other duties as assigned by Leadership Qualifications Qualifications: Attention to detail Good oral communication skills Attention to daily housekeeping requirements Team-oriented High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, and bending. Pushing, pulling, lifting weights over 30lbs.
