To support efficient maintenance on facilities and sort system equipment through the preparation of detailed maintenance plans and schedules, and by providing direction, guidance, and assistance to the Work Control Center personnel as required. Ensures that proper documentation of the work performed is delivered in accordance with standard practice and procedures for use in the evaluation and control of the maintenance function. Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma/G.E.D. Six (6) years related experience in commercial and industrial building maintenance, and automated conveyor systems including at least two (2) years experience in a maintenance planning and scheduling capacity with experience in the MRP or preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Must be willing to work odd work weeks and shifts. Strong human relations and communication skills.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Five(5) years experience in commercial and industrial building maintenance and automated conveyor systems including at least three (3) years experience in a maintenance planning and scheduling capacity with experience in MRP or preventive maintenance planning and scheduling functions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.

Strong human relations and communication skills.
