Overview
Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $42.83-47.59 Hourly up to $48/HR Start Date: Sep 28, 2026 Four and a half months, fully remote, and you walk straight into the center of a major retail brand's marketing engine. This is a maternity leave cover, which means the work is already built, the team already trusts the seat, and you get to run it. You will sit at the intersection of Creative, Marketing leadership, Brand Operations, Production, and the EA team. Every campaign, photoshoot, and launch on the calendar moves through you. If you are someone who likes owning the machinery rather than watching it from the outside, this is a clean, high-visibility stretch of work with a defined start and finish. Short assignment, real ownership, and a marquee retail brand on your resume. What You'll Own This role is the owner of the Creative and Marketing operating model, milestone planning process, and enterprise scheduling infrastructure.
