About the Opportunity

We are searching for a dynamic individual to drive creative projects from inception to delivery. In this role, you will be the central force, meticulously managing schedules, defining scope, and orchestrating cross-functional handoffs for every creative initiative. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning creative teams with brand leaders, translating strategic visions into compelling and impactful content that resonates across diverse audiences. What You Will Do



  • Translate new requests from brand teams into precise creative briefs, comprehensive timelines, and strategic resourcing plans.
  • Oversee the daily production workflow for multiple simultaneous projects across various channels and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
  • Proactively manage project status, establish clear team priorities, and expertly balance creative resource capacity to maximize productivity.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for brand marketers, brand managers, and studio leadership, fostering robust communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate submissions for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review, meticulously tracking cycles and managing feedback through to final approval.
  • Route all final approved assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring strict compliance and easy accessibility.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, swiftly resolving any timing, scope, or resourcing challenges before they impact critical deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining studio workflows, reporting mechanisms, and asset templates to enhance overall operational efficiency.


What You Bring

Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of dedicated project management or account management experience, specifically within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency setting.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing pharmaceutical promotional materials through the rigorous medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process.
  • Working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and a solid understanding of FDA/OPDP regulatory guidelines for both branded and unbranded content.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders concurrently.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Designers, providing clear, actionable direction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with enterprise project management software such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Previous experience working within an in-house creative or content studio environment.
  • Exposure to modular content frameworks and content reuse workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content production tools.
