Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-minded Houseperson to support our Housekeeping team. In this important behind-the-scenes role, you will help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere of our oceanfront resort while ensuring our Room Attendants have the supplies and support they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in a job well done, we would love to meet you. What You'll Do * Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping closets, linen rooms, and service areas. * Deliver clean linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities to Room Attendants and designated areas. * Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recycling in accordance with resort procedures. * Assist with cleaning and maintaining guest corridors, elevators, stairwells, and other assigned public or back-of-house areas. * Respond promptly to guest and Housekeeping requests for additional supplies or assistance. * Assist with moving furniture, rollaway beds, cribs, and other approved guest-room items as needed. * Support Room Attendants with assigned tasks to help ensure guest rooms are ready on time. * Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to resort procedures. * Follow proper chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards. * Work collaboratively with Housekeeping leadership and fellow associates to maintain Omni's standards of cleanliness and hospitality. What We're Looking For * A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service. * Ability to work independently while supporting a team. * Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills. * Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. * Previous housekeeping, hotel, or related experience is helpful, but not required. * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
