We are seeking a passionate and meticulous individual to step into a critical engineering role that is central to ensuring product excellence. What You'll Do



  • Execute standard materials and mechanical tests on products, with a specialized focus on innovative footwear.
  • Review and meticulously analyze test data to uncover critical trends and actionable insights that will directly inform product development strategies.
  • Generate clear, concise, and impactful reports that effectively communicate testing results to diverse internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers on advanced and specialized testing projects, significantly expanding your technical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Provide valuable consultation and training to peers, actively sharing your expertise and fostering collective team growth and development.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and recommend enhancements to existing testing protocols and equipment to continuously improve accuracy and operational efficiency.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience within a lab or testing environment, specifically involving product and materials testing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in test design, meticulous data collection, robust data analysis, and/or equipment design.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience applying statistical analysis to data to derive meaningful and actionable conclusions.
  • Proven ability to thrive as a self-starter, capable of working effectively with minimal oversight and consistently taking initiative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and precision in all testing and reporting activities.
  • An adaptable and collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to a supportive and innovative work environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments, proactively seeking solutions, and driving clarity.


Stand Out Qualities



  • Experience with universal testing machines (UTMs) or Instron machines.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Experience with 3D printing.
  • Basic knowledge of biomechanics.
