They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Promotion Process & Standards team, a vital group that ensures the highest standards of promotional material management, directly impacting how critical health information reaches patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the evolution and maintenance of promotional standards.
  • Proactively review existing standards to identify opportunities for refinement and enhancement.
  • Conduct in-depth research to address stakeholder requests and inform standard development.
  • Perform thorough audits of system content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Execute necessary system updates to maintain operational integrity and efficiency.
  • Support special system-related projects and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the robust project management of key initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to guide successful execution.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Organize and lead effective project meetings, fostering collaboration and progress.
  • Design impactful internal communication plans to gather and integrate valuable stakeholder feedback.
  • Create clear, concise, and compelling slide decks and emails to convey critical information.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders through succinct and impactful communication.
