Serving as a hands-on keyboard maestro, this role involves engaging directly with the brand community, evangelizing potential consumers via comments, DMs, and social channels, and amplifying earned creator content. You will hone the brand's voice to ensure all interactions align with luxury codes, collaborate cross-functionally (Advocacy & Influence, Social, Marketing, E-commerce), and foster authentic connections that drive social love and brand loyalty.

  • Manage a dynamic topical calendar, tapping into relevant cultural moments and VIP talent milestones.
  • Translate consumer insights and data-based recommendations into actionable strategies to elevate the voice of the consumer.

Community Moderation & Engagement:

  • Actively engage and monitor communication across core social channels (TikTok, Meta - DMs and in-feed) with consumers, fans, and influencers.
  • Draft fresh, authentic community management replies in alignment with brand guidelines and stakeholder approvals.
  • Utilize social listening platforms (e.g., Traackr, Sprinklr) to identify organic creators of all tiers for potential integration into Advocacy & Influence (A&I) programming.
  • Monitor and report on community health metrics, social listening KPIs, and campaign performance.

Advocacy & Influence (A&I) Support:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify earned conversation and advocacy moments during key campaigns, product launches, and brand events.
  • Contribute creative ideas and community-first perspectives to A&I brainstorms and ideation sessions.
  • Act as the brand's eyes and ears during potential crisis management situations, generating rapid social listening reports and flagging critical commentary.

Team Operations & Administration:

  • Support the A&I team with critical administrative workflows, including MyMarket, Shop, Purchase Orders (POs), Traackr management, and agency coordination.
  • Own and manage internal team documentation (weekly agendas, marketing status trackers).
  • Provide professional on-site support for live eventing, activations, and social content capture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Brand Community Management, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury beauty landscape, social media platforms, community management tools (Sprinklr, Traackr), and analytics platforms.

Skills:

  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a proven ability to adapt tone-of-voice to luxury brand guidelines.
  • Strong project management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and social impact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred: Prior luxury or beauty industry experience; social media marketing/community management certifications.

What's In it For You:

  • Salary Range:$84,500- $120,400(The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
