The Team:The Inbound Department is part of Mattel's Global Supply Chain organization. The team manages the flow of imported goods from arrival through customs clearance and delivery to the distribution center. Timely and accurate clearance of truck, air, and ocean shipments is essential to prevent delays and ensure product is available to support customer fulfillment requirements. The Opportunity: The Customs Compliance Coordinator supports Mattel's U.S. self-filing operation by preparing and transmitting customs entries through the Automated Broker Interface (ABI) in accordance with established procedures. This is a developmental customs role designed for an individual with little or no prior customs experience who is interested in building a career in customs compliance. The position is primarily responsible for transactional entry processing, routine issue resolution, shipment monitoring, report maintenance, and light project support. The Coordinator is expected to work independently within established procedures, manage assigned priorities, and escalate complex or high-risk matters to senior team members or management. The role is permanently based at the San Bernardino, CA Distribution Center. What Your Impact Will Be:
