Schedule:Monday - Friday | Start Time Varies Between 5:00 PM and 4:00 AM | 5- to 8-Hour Shifts

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Six months of fast-paced work experience preferred
• Ability to lead a team of 15-40+ employees
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prepare clear shift and production reports
• Flexible availability for varying overnight start times
• Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills

Job Duties:

• Lead and support mail-processing employees
• Assign tasks and coordinate daily workflow
• Monitor production volume, quality, and accuracy
• Help sort, scan, label, and process mail
• Communicate operational updates and concerns
• Prepare shift and production reports
• Train employees and reinforce processing procedures
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Help the team meet daily productivity goals
