Commercial Lending Operations Support The Commercial Lending Operations Support role provides administrative and operational assistance to the Commercial Lending Operations team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate loan documentation, supporting post-closing activities, managing insurance tracking, and ensuring loan records remain complete, compliant, and up to date. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and clerical support to the Commercial Lending Operations team. * Assist with daily operational tasks and special projects to support team productivity and workload management. * Organize, maintain, and file loan documents, financial statements, and other related records. * Ensure loan files and customer relationship records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained. * Monitor and follow up on outstanding post-closing requirements, including titles, recorded documents, searches, and other documentation. * Escalate missing or delayed items as needed to facilitate timely resolution. * Support loan payoff activities, including lien releases, satisfactions, account closures, and related documentation. * Ensure payoff documentation is completed, filed, and retained in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate with insurance agents to obtain updated insurance certificates and required documentation. * Update loan systems and records with current insurance information to maintain compliance. * Assist in ensuring loan records meet regulatory, audit, and internal compliance requirements. * Provide temporary coverage and operational support during periods of high volume, employee absences, and special initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in banking, commercial lending operations, loan servicing, or a related administrative role. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and loan processing or document management systems. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
