Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, business development, and consultative selling within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a motivated, performance-driven sales professional who can build lasting customer relationships and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Earning potential with no cap commission is $70K + .

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans to grow assigned accounts
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry partners
Conduct consultative sales conversations to recommend appropriate product solutions
Deliver virtual and on-site product presentations and training as needed
Maintain accurate pipeline and account documentation in Salesforce CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with operations, production, and customer service teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of inside sales or account management experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong negotiation and closing skills
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
Experience in flooring, trim, millwork, or building materials sales
Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment
Experience working with distributors or wholesale partners
