Description We are seeking an AI-Forward Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale next-generation applications supporting critical guest experience systems. This is a first-of-its-kind role within the organization-focused on engineers who are strong builders first, and AI-enabled innovators second. You will apply AI tools and modern engineering patterns to accelerate development, improve quality, and bring consistency and governance to AI adoption across enterprise systems. This is not a pure AI research role-this is about real-world application of AI to production software at scale. Core Responsibilities Software Development Design, build, test, and deploy scalable applications supporting guest-facing systems: Online check-in and embarkation Room access and onboard systems Dining, kids club, and guest activity platforms Payments, retail, excursions, and experiences Facial recognition for disembarkation Participate in full SDLC from concept through production support AI-Enhanced Engineering Leverage tools like Cursor and Claude to: Accelerate coding and debugging Generate documentation Improve development workflows Apply AI to: Code generation Test creation System design support AI Workflow & Automation Build AI-enabled automations such as: Code review assistants Security and quality validation tools Jira ticket generation and documentation automation Implement guardrails, standards, and governance for AI usage Code Review & Quality - Ensure AI-assisted code meets: Architecture standards Production readiness Contribute to reusable frameworks and engineering best practices Agile / Sprint-based development model Tools include: JIRA for workflow management AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude) Typical day includes: Writing and reviewing production code Partnering with product, architecture, and business teams Building and refining AI-driven automations Participating in standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Solving complex integration and scalability challenges Skills Agile, AI, Software development, Cursor, Claude, Development, Cloud, Api, Aws, Angular, Javascript, Java Top Skills Details Agile,AI,Software development Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with: Flutter, Angular, .NET Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience building: AI assistants, internal tools, or workflow automations Intelligent search, summarization, or recommendation systems Familiarity with: AI orchestration frameworks or agent-based workflows DevOps automation and pipeline integration Experience working in large enterprise or matrixed environments Exposure to secure development standards and governance frameworks Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kissimmee, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $82.00 - $87.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
