The Role: The Director, Clinical Operations provides ongoing leadership and operational oversight of 12-14 geographically diverse, multispecialty clinics with ancillary services within the Providence Physician Division (PPD). This role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective, high-quality operations in an environment of significant growth and continuous change. The Director leads managers and staff in coordinating care delivery and applying clinical best practices to ensure timely access to services that are responsive to the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients. This leader oversees development of 1-2 new clinic locations annually and advises senior physician division leadership on administrative and operational matters. The Director partners closely with Regional Medical Directors on physician performance and operational alignment and represents the Physician Division in building strategic internal and external partnerships. The full pay range is listed in accordance with applicable law. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits. Therefore, leaders applying for this role will be required to work a hybrid schedule, which consists of three days onsite, two days remote and live within a reasonable commuting distance to the ministry or service area they support and lead. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
