Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of picking, packing, warehouse, or machine operation experience
• Pallet jack experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to follow work orders and shipping instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties:

• Prepare, package, label, ship, and receive orders according to customer requirements
• Verify inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and restock materials
• Inspect and process incoming materials, reporting shortages or damage
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
• Coordinate shipments using various carriers, including freight and returns
• Pull, spool, and handle production materials as needed
• Label and package production orders, verifying quantities and specifications
• Monitor packaging supply inventory and report replenishment needs
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain a safe work environment
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with general warehouse duties
