Schedule:5:00 AM to 1:30 PM + OT

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous shipping, receiving, or logistics experience required
• Experience processing UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipments; international shipping experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prepare and process shipping documentation accurately
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties:

• Prepare and ship products to domestic and international locations
• Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers
• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and shipping documentation
• Verify shipment accuracy by comparing contents to orders and records
• Enter shipping and equipment information into company systems
• Coordinate daily shipping activities and track outbound shipments
• Follow up on shipments and resolve shipping issues as needed
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and submit purchase requests when necessary
• Perform filing, recordkeeping, and data entry tasks
• Follow departmental procedures and maintain accurate shipping records
