Do you want to be a part of our PMO team in Well Construction Technology? Partner with the best As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving development projects and programs from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business objectives for our Drill Bits and Drilling & Completion Fluids Productlines. You will collaborate closely with Project Leader and Product Managers to ensure effective execution and cross-functional alignment across global teams. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for: * Driving development projects and programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, cost, quality, and business objectives. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: * Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited university. Desired Characteristics (Preferred Qualifications) * Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent project management certification.
