Partner with the best As a Welder, you will perform welding operations within a collaborative team environment, ensuring high-quality output in compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, supporting team objectives, and troubleshooting welding-related challenges to enhance throughput and quality. As a Welder, you will be responsible for: * Performing welding applications across one or more work teams in a manufacturing environment. * Conducting visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications. * Supporting the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving welding-related issues. * Enhancing throughput and operational efficiency within the assigned work team. * Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards. * Participating in training initiatives and supporting the development of team members. * Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. * Completing required periodic welding tests and maintaining qualifications per certification procedures. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: * Have relevant technical training or certification in welding or a related field. * Have experience in welding and brazing within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Have experience in welding applications within a manufacturing or industrial setting. * Be familiar with API and ISO quality standards and inspection processes. * Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Be a team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities. * Show a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Be willing to complete and maintain required welding certifications and tests.
