ABOUT THE ROLE Engage customer representatives such as contractors, engineers, architects, or other individuals and promote the Company's products; convince prospective customers of the suitability and desirability of using precast concrete products in buildings or other required structures. Bid specific jobs through general contractors based on project drawings and other required documents. Salary range ($125,000-135,000/yr). Based on location and experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a motivated, self-driven sales professional with experience in the precast or construction industry who can build and maintain strong client relationships and help secure design-build opportunities. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to influence decisions while working collaboratively with internal teams. They should be organized, adaptable, and knowledgeable in precast construction processes, with the ability to manage priorities, support bids and proposals, and consistently represent Wells as a trusted industry partner.
