Taxable Entity ALUTIIQ SOLUTIONS LLC Job Title HVAC Technician Master Location VA Blackstone FASTC - Blackstone, VA 23824 US (Primary) Category Installation Maintenance and Repair Job Type Full-time Typical Pay/Range $61,000 - $80,000 Yearly Education High School Diploma or GED Travel Up to 25% Security Clearance Required: Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): The Master HVAC Mechanic is responsible for overseeing HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently to industry and DOS standards. Manages teams of HVAC technicians and leads projects to optimize facility comfort and energy efficiency. HVAC Project Management: * Lead HVAC installation and maintenance projects. * Supervise HVAC technicians and schedule work to maximize efficiency. Technical Oversight: * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex HVAC systems. * Ensure compliance with industry codes, DOS standards, and contract requirements. Quality Assurance & Safety: * Inspect, test, and document HVAC work and performance. * Enforce safety protocols and procedures in all HVAC operations. Working Conditions: * Work in office, mechanical rooms, and field environments; may require out-of-hours work for urgent HVAC issues. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment; work in varied conditions, including extreme temperatures.
