About the role The Agile Product Owner Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading design and development delivery across complex Auto Finance platforms supporting Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS). This role owns the endtoend product backlog for one or more Agile teams, translating client requirements, contractual commitments, and enterprise strategy into executable solutions. The role is primarily focused on projectbased design and development initiatives, with occasional involvement in production support to ensure continuity, issue resolution, and client satisfaction. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Product Owner Lead works closely with VWFS stakeholders, Release Management, other Product Owners, QA, and Development teams to deliver highquality, productionready solutions in a regulated financial services environment. This role is recognized within FIS as a subjectmatter expert in Agile delivery for Auto Finance, with growth paths into Principal Product Owner or broader Product and Portfolio leadership roles.
