Boingo is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialistwho will lead the development of high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals thatshowcaseourexpertiseand drive business growth.

This is a strategic and hands-on role whereyou'llcollaborate across teamsto gather information, craft compelling narratives, and deliver polished proposals on time. This role requires exceptional writing skills, strong project management,excellent cross-functional skills,and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into persuasive, customer-focused content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning

• Develop a strategic approach for each RFP / RFI response, leveraging AI toolsto increaseefficiencies, enhancecontent,and align RFP / proposals responses to scoring metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align proposalstrategywith businessobjectives.
• Conduct competitor research and analyze FOIA responses to inform positioning.

Execution & Content Development

• Write and edit proposal content in Boingo's brand voice, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Demonstrateproficiencyusing AI tools to organize,develop,and complete projects.
• Manage proposallogistics, including timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination.
• Gather technical, financial, and operational details from cross-functional teams to build comprehensive responses.
• Maintain and update proposal templates and content libraries for efficiency.

Collaboration

• Partner with Business Development, Sales, Product, Solution Design, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Creative Services to collect inputs and approvals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related inquiries and updates.
• Deliver exceptional internal customer service to ensure smooth collaboration andtimelysubmissions.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on proposal KPIs, including win rates and response times.
• Maintain records ofsubmittedproposals and outcomes for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Required

• Bachelor's degree inmarketing,communications,business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience managing RFPs, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft persuasive, customer-focused content.
• Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience with proposal management tools (Loopiopreferred).
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy under pressure.

Not Necessary, But Nice

• APMPcertification.
• Experience in wireless technology, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Familiarity with public sector and private sector procurement processes.
