Brand Analyst, Jolly Rancher Demand Creation Strategy Posted Date: Jun 17, 2026 Requisition Number: 129228 Brand Analyst, Jolly Rancher Demand Creation Strategy The Sweets and Refreshment Demand Creation Strategy (DCS) team is responsible for driving innovation, brand strategy, and whitespace growth across Hershey's sweets and refreshment categories. The team leads long-term growth for brands including Jolly Rancher, Twizzlers, Sour Strips, Ice Breakers, and Bubble Yum. This Brand Analyst will be specifically responsible for supporting Jolly Rancher Demand Creation Strategy on key projects, analyses, and business priorities. Their responsibilities will involve supporting Associate Brand Managers (ABMs) and Brand Managers (BMs) in strategic and day-to-day marketing work. This role offers a holistic introduction to marketing and the opportunity to build a diverse skill set
Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Commerce, or Data Analysis)
