About the Role:
Belcan is seeking an experienced MRB Quality Engineer for a short-term contract assignment (approximately 1 month) supporting aerospace manufacturing operations. This role focuses on backlog reduction and quality documentation processing for composite components in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for candidates who can quickly contribute and work independently with minimal ramp-up.

Job Duties:
* Perform inspection of composite laminate components to identify defects and non-conformances
* Document inspection results in internal quality systems (e.g., eMan)
* Review and validate defect records captured in shop systems (e.g., CSI)
* Execute MRB dispositions in accordance with engineering and quality standards
* Generate and compile Case Record (CR) documentation packages
* Create and manage case records/tickets in enterprise systems (e.g., eNMS)

Required Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in MRB (Material Review Board) and Case Record processing
* 5 or more years of working knowledge of manufacturing documentation, non-conformance handling, and quality systems
* Experience working with GE Aerospace systems
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy
* Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
* Strong written communication skills for technical reporting
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:
*BS degree in engineering or similar relevant field desired
*Active or eligible for U.S. Security Clearance
