PAY RANGE: $22 - 28/hour | SHIFT: 1st / 6a - 2:30 PM

QUICK SUMMARY
Prototek is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve the equipment, facilities, fleet, and infrastructure that support our manufacturing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with a variety of equipment, and taking ownership of projects that directly impact productivity, safety, and operational performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshooting and coordinating repairs on manufacturing equipment
- Managing facility, grounds, and fleet maintenance activities
- Working with outside vendors and service providers
- Supporting continuous improvement and facility upgrade projects
- Scheduling preventative maintenance activities
- Promoting a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Partnering with operations teams to keep production running smoothly
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or industrial equipment experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and CNC related equipment
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- OSHA certification and forklift experience are a plus
