Summary: Provides administrative support and assistance to the Director, Manager, and/or departmental staff. This provides a range of possible duties but will not necessarily perform all the duties listed below. Posting Period: 6/16/2026 - 6/30/2026 Location: Clinton, MA Salary: $67,013.31 - $90,928.59 Annually $1,288.72 - $1,748.63 Weekly Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm Key Responsibilities

Knowledge and Abilities
Tools and Equipment Used Office machines as normally associated with a professional office environment, including the use of telephones, personal computers, word processing and other software, email, videoconference applications, copiers, scanners and fax machines. Supervision Received and Exercised Works under the general supervision of the Department Director or Manager. May exercise supervision over an intern or entry-level clerical personnel.
