Customer Care Specialist

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will answer inbound customer calls, chats, and emails, enter bulk gas orders, and handle customer requests
• Make outbound calls to collect tank gauge readings when not handling inbound activity
• Furthermore, you will coordinate delivery timing with customers and work with Logistics Planners to ensure efficient, reliable deliveries
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and support order fulfillment
• Also, you will partner daily with sales, technicians, accounting, and cross-functional teams to expedite orders and address concerns
• Complete administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, correspondence, and resolving billing or account issues
• Use systems such as JDE and Field Centrix and apply strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You will collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet service and performance goals

What makes you great

• You require at least a two (2)-year college degree
• Prefer prior customer service experience, especially in a high-volume call environment

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $38,625 - $56,650.
