Description and Requirements The Custom Fulfillment Services Engineer is responsible for supporting Lenovo's Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS) operations by implementing, validating, and troubleshooting customer-specific device configurations and deployment solutions. This role works closely with Operations, Program Management, Sales, and Customers to ensure devices are configured, provisioned, and delivered according to customer requirements and Lenovo quality standards. The CFS Engineer serves as a technical resource for provisioning, imaging, BIOS configuration, asset tagging, device enrollment, software deployment, and customer onboarding activities. This position is full-time, five days a week at our Whitsett, NC location. Key Responsibilities Customer Configuration & Deployment
