In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted security leader and deputy to the Information Security & Compliance Management function, partnering with stakeholders across the business and collaborating with senior leadership to drive security initiatives, compliance programs, and operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to influence global projects ranging from technology deployments and infrastructure modernization to acquisitions and site expansions, while helping shape the future of Keysight's security capabilities. Working across a global organization, you will collaborate with security professionals, business leaders, and technical teams to protect critical environments and support the company's continued growth and innovation. If you're energized by solving complex security challenges, leading high-impact initiatives, and making a measurable difference across a global organization, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Problem Management, post-mortems, root cause analysis, and the acceleration of incident resolution efforts impacting the Critical Production Environment and prolonged escalations.
  • Contribute to high-impact global projects, including site buildouts, acquisitions, new technology deployments, technology refreshes, and other strategic infrastructure initiatives.
  • Support the stabilization, optimization, and operational readiness of newly deployed cutting-edge security solutions.
  • Assist with business engagement and stakeholder communications related to new deployments, compliance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders, presenting updates to Senior Leadership, and providing clear recommendations that balance security, compliance, and business needs.
