Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Kaunakakai, HI 96748

Pay Rate: $24-25/hour

6 months contract with potential Extension

Schedule:
Three shifts available based on business needs:
* 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
* 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
* 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Hours:
* 40 hours per week
* Overtime may be available
* 24-hour security operations

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Security Officer to support security operations at our Kaunakakai, Hawaii facility. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through access control, patrol activities, emergency response, and facility monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guardhouse and gate security operations
  * Monitor and control facility access
  * Conduct foot patrols throughout the site
  * Perform mobile patrols using company vehicles
  * Respond to emergencies and incidents
  * Provide CPR/emergency response when needed
  * Complete security reports and documentation
  * Support overall site safety and security initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Active Hawaii Guard Card (Required)
  * High School Diploma or equivalent
  * 1-6 years of security experience
  * Valid driver's license
  * Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional Information:

• No travel required
  * Company vehicle provided for patrol activities
  * Officers will not carry weapons
  * Position includes gate security, foot patrols, mobile patrols, and emergency response responsibilities
